Visual Display Unit Equipment course. This course is designed to help improve your working environment and increase your awareness of the potential problems associated with bad posture with regards to eyesight, physical difficulty, and mental stress.

Upon completion of this training course you will:
• Understand the need for good ergonomics.
• Be aware of the relevant legislations surrounding Display Station Equipment, also known as Visual
Display Unit, or VDU for short, and workstation safety.
